Pregnancy Relax Stretch Breathe classes combine gentle pregnancy yoga based exercises with evidence-based information about pregnancy, labour, and birth. These pregnancy classes are designed to support both your physical and emotional wellbeing, help you feel informed, and increase the likelihood of a positive birth experience.

Classes are suitable for first-time expectant mothers and pregnant people, as well as those who have previously given birth. Each group offers a supportive space where shared wisdom, lived experience, and practical tips naturally flow between participants.

The benefits of relaxation and gentle exercise during pregnancy are well established. These Relax Stretch Breathe classes are uniquely designed and are only provided by Antenatal Ireland teachers in Ireland.
