Come meet other parents in your community and enjoy the benefits of infant massage. Infant massage is an enriching practice that not only soothes common childhood discomforts like wind and colic but also helps develop a deeper connection between you and your baby. It can also encourage better sleep in babies.

Key Benefits of Baby Massage
- Bonding – This intimate practice strengthens the emotional connection between you and your baby, creating lasting memories.
- Communication – Through touch, you learn to understand your baby’s non-verbal cues, enhancing your communication.
- Mindfulness for the Parent – Engaging in infant massage allows you to practice mindfulness, focusing on the present moment with your baby.
- Relaxation – The soothing strokes of massage relax not just your baby, but also you, promoting a peaceful environment.
- Boosting Oxytocin Levels – My personal favourite benefit: infant massage increases levels of oxytocin, the “love hormone,” benefiting everyone in the room.
