Lunch and Postpartum Nourishment Discussion

Midday, we’ll break for a nourishing lunch that also serves as an opportunity to learn about postpartum food. Our pregnancy retreat places a strong emphasis on ensuring that you have the information needed about nourishment and it’s connection with healing after birth. Enjoy a delicious meal while gaining valuable insights into postpartum.

To conclude our pregnancy retreat, we offer a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session. About Aoife

Aoife Clifford is an antenatal educator, a volunteer Cuidiú breastfeeding counsellor, a birth reflection facilitator and a baby massage instructor.

Her passion lies in supporting parents to trust their instincts and understand that they can make their own decisions in birth, feeding their baby and parenting. There is a lot of opinion and noise out there and Aoife understands that sometimes we need to find a quiet place so we can connect with our instincts again. She aims to do this in all of her offerings.

Through group antenatal workshops and private in-home sessions Aoife helps both new and seasoned parents navigate this time with down-to-earth, no BS, evidence-based resources and support.

The foundation of what she has created are safe, inclusive spaces where people are comfortable to share their fears and concerns yet realise their own agency when it comes to birthing and self-advocacy.
