Baby Massage Classes – Terms and Conditions

- Payment Terms:
- All class fees must be paid in full two weeks before the scheduled class date.
- Payments can be made via Card or Revolut and details will be provided upon booking.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made more than two weeks before the scheduled class date will be eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than two weeks before the scheduled class date.
- Class Cancellation by Aoife Clifford:
- Aoife Clifford reserves the right to cancel a class in the event of insufficient enrollment or for any other unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of a class cancellation, participants will be notified as soon as possible, class will be rescheduled or a refund will be given.
- Class Cancellation by Attendee
- If a class attendee cannot attend one week, they can make up that class in the next term of baby massage. No refunds will be given.
- Participant Conduct:
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during the classes.
- Aoife Clifford reserves the right to remove any participant from a class if their behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to others.
- Intellectual Property:
- All materials provided during the classes, including but not limited to handouts and presentations, are the intellectual property of Aoife Clifford and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
- Privacy Policy:
- Personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Aoife Clifford reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made more than two weeks before the scheduled class date will be eligible for a full refund.

- Class Cancellation by Aoife Clifford:

- Cancellation Due to Uncomfortable Situations:
- Aoife Clifford reserves the right to cancel a class if she feels uncomfortable or unsafe entering someone’s home. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be discussed with the participant.

- Please note that participation in any of my classes does not guarantee reimbursement from your health insurance provider. It is your responsibility to confirm in advance with your insurer whether these services are eligible for cover under your specific policy. I do not make any representations or warranties regarding insurance refunds or reimbursements.
